The VNSO pool will be hosting a series of swim meets for some Catholic school league on the following Sundays:
Sept. 14th & 28th
Oct. 12th & 26th
Nov. 9th
As a result, we will be holding our Sunday morning workouts at Glassell at 10:00am (as opposed to 9:00am) on those dates. I'll do my best to remind you the week of each change! Note that it start THIS SUNDAY, 9/14.
Additionally, the VNSO pool will be drained next week, Sept. 15-19, and I am currently working on securing pool time elsewhere for our Tuesday/Thursday morning workouts.
