On February 24th two WH2O’ers swam at the F.A.S.T. SCY at the Janet Evans Swim Complex in Fullerton. Both Stephen Benjamin and Doug Wilson faced off against mother nature and did some astonishing times.
Stephen did a 56.41 in the 100 SCY Freestyle, a 1:12.30 in the 100 SCY Backstroke, a 30.44 in the 50 SCY Butterfly and finishing up his busy swim day with a 1:09.44 in the 100 SCY IM. Four events in one day and he came to swim practice the next night.
Doug also had a busy day with swimming the 50 SCY Freestyle in 29.78, the 100 SCY Freestyle in 1:06.17, the 200 SCY Freestyle in 2:26.31 and if that wasn’t enough he did the 1650 SCY Freestyle in 24:01.10.
