Everyone who goes to one of our clinics is filmed and takes home a dvd of them swimming. At the end of the clinic the Coach reviews the video with each swimmer pointing out ways to improve. That way after the clinic the swimmer can go home and watch the video and notice what they need to change so the next time they go swimming they have the tools to become better swimmers.
